SUMMER SPECIALS: From 1st November 2008 to 28th February 2009 inclusive.
Accommodation Rates per double or single, including cooked breakfast.
WEEKENDS: Fri/Sat or Sunday $170 per night per room.
WEEKDAYS: Mon to Thursday $150 per night per room.
Balquhain is open for accommodation bookings all year and is also suited for
group bookings on a 'whole-of-house' basis.
WEEKENDS: On weekends we have a 2 night minimum stay. The weekend may be either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun. The tariff is from $400 to $480 per weekend. One night bookings are not normally accepted on Saturday nights or over long weekends. There are no surcharges for public holidays.
MIDWEEK: Monday through Thursday the tariff is from $175 to $200 per room per night, for a stay of 2 nights or more. For a one night stay the tariff is from $210 to $250 per room. Single rates are available on request.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS: A deposit of $100 per room is required before bookings can be confirmed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 2pm. It would be appreciated if you could nominate an approximate arrival time. Check-out is 11am and may be extended by arrangement.
